There's a "parent" folder, and each child folder is an entity, continually added/created/modified as new entities come in. Inside those child folders are csv files, which I want to process and visualize.

You can go to Data -> Connect to Data -> Text File -> Open the folder where all the CSV files are kept and double click on any one of the CSV file.
