WebJun 17, 2024 · MNE-Python version: 0.21 operating system: Ubuntu I have fNIRS data of 106 channels in two experimental conditions, and computed t-statistic (106 t-values) in each channel basis. I want to plot these 106 t-values on scalp of head, but I am clueless how I can plot these t-value on scalp. I would appreciate any suggestions or help.
