Because of the sensor layout of the Fujis is unique you need to adjust the simulation formula. If you want something like them then VSCO do a good set of presets that simulate. Not presets, but you can use LUTs. There's a free Film Simulation pack available for RawTherapee that works straight away (google it, you'll find the download). You can also use regular LUTs, but you have to convert them to the colour matrix .PNG files that Rawtherapee uses first. I don't think it can use .LUT files directly.
