WebArk is absolutely playable solo, full content not nerfed with SP buff. It might suck on officials though simply because of the grind but adjusting rates slightly to address that (without touching difficulty) will make the game play real nice for a solo player. Do not tick the single player box, it makes the game too easy. WebEnter, use a few short animation abilities, dodge fear with SPACE and Dark Bomb. Proceed to move clockwise as little as I can to dodge 4 slams. Immediately after 4th slam Doomsday > Ignite > Explosion > Punishing Strike > SPACE to dodge fear. Then dodge 4 more slams and sometimes here he does double fear.
